Tenant Restaurant Loyalty Reward

We're constantly striving to improve the service we offer to our tenants and from September 2010 will be starting to introduce our Loyalty Rewards Service.

From July 2011 we will conduct a free prize draw for all eligible tenants who rent rooms, houses or flats from us for a £20 restaurant voucher from one of our partner restaurants.

The winning tenant will geta £20 vouchers to spend at any of the restaurants listed on our discount page.

Terms and Conditions

• All tenants are eligible as long as their rent has not been in arrears for the previous 3 months
• Tenants are eligible when they have made at least two rent payments (including the first one when they moved in)
• Entry to the free prize draws is by clicking the LIKE button on our FaceBook page.
• The winning tenant will be removed from the next month's draw, but placed back again in the one after that
