• Letting your property quickly, to the best possible tenant.
  All our properties are listed on our own RightMove.co.uk account. We also advertise on a number of other web portals, as well as our own web site and through local advertising.
   
  Add to this we thoroughly check out every tenant with multiple reference checks and a credit check.
   
  We also incentivise our best tenants with our tenant reward scheme. We apply conditions that include adherence to the tenancy agreement, paying their rent on time and looking after the property. As a reward they are entered into free prize draws to win great prizes each month. We find this helps lower void periods, keeps rent arrears down and maintains a great relationship between agent and tenant.
   
  
• Excellent communication
  Every month we provide our landlords with detailed monthly reports, a detailed invoice and provide ad-hoc communcations of relevant information, including market appraisals and current market conditions.
   
  
• Maintenance and Inspections
  We look after your property as if it was our own. If you choose to use our own tradesmen for any maintenance, we can provide their service at excellent rates. This also includes EPC's and gas checks (see our rates page).
   
  We are Peterborough City Council Accredited Managing Agents and work with our landlords, if it is their wish, to get their properties accredited. This is an extra "badge" that we can provide against each property to show prospective tenants the quality of the property.

We only have one standard of service, at Bee Lettings, and that is high! Our company mission is to provide the best service of any letting agent in the area and welcome feedback from our landlords as to how we can continually improve. Our service includes as standard:

• Pre-Instruction
  We will visit the property and provide you with a written realistic rental valuation, free of charge and with no obligation.
   
  
• Marketing
  We will take multiple photographs, video walk throughs (where appropriate) and detail the property for the advertisements. Your property by default will be advertised on our own RightMove.co.uk account, many other web portals, our own web site and local advertising.
   
  By agreement, we can also supply a To-Let board with the striking Bee Lettings brand, accompany prospective tenants during visits and provide updates as required to the landlord.
   
  
• Tenant Selection and Management
  We will thoroughly reference check every tenant including a credit check. We will also provide a written detailed inventory, including a video inventory of the property before the tenant moves in.
   
  Our tenants can expect a welcome gift, a visit on months 1 and 3, and then every third month after that, not just to inspect the property, but to check up on their well being.
   
  For HMO's, we also provide, free of charge to the landlord, monthly inspections to check on fire alarms, take utility readings if necessary and check on the condition of shared areas.
